Tonight I came up with a super yummy recipe for a teriyaki glaze. It can also be used as a marinade. I simply drizzled it over some chicken and it turned some slightly overcooked chicken (I lost track of time) into some super yummy chicken. Enough talk.. lets get to the good stuff!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 2 dashes of ground ginger (I have one of the little containers of ground ginger and just shook it in the bowl twice...) If I HAD to put a measurement on it I would say probably 1/2 or so of a teaspoon
Instructions:
1. Whisk it all together! its as simple as that!
Like I said above, you could drizzle it over something, use it as a glaze, use it as a marinade.. whatever. It is super yummy!
