Crock-pot Liner.. or should I say.. my hero!!!

I recently discovered the crock-pot liner! And can I just say that I don't know how I have gone so long without knowing about these! They save hours of soaking, and cleaning time! I have tried out several different recipes with these now. The only times that they seem to leak at all is if you use a metal utensil to stir and you scrape the bottom too hard. Other than that the only "liquid" you get on the crock-pot itself, is the moisture from the condensation once you are done cooking. I don't think I will ever use my crock-pot again without using one of these.

Another huge plus to these is that they are super cheap. I got a box of 5 at Walmart for under $1!!! I would highly suggest using these if you like to use your crock-pot a lot (ha.. that rhymed). Especially with how many recipes there are for slow cookers right now on Pinterest and what not.

I just wanted to show a quick picture of the mess these wonderful babies clean up!

Cheesy & Spicy Grilled Cajun Chicken

This is the recipe for the super yummy cajun chicken that I had with the roasted mashed potatoes. This chicken is nice and spicy, but is toned down a little with the cheese on top. So.. lets get down to business! Makes about 5 servings if each person has 2 pieces of chicken (yes yes I know in the picture there are 4 pieces on the plate.. I didn't finish it all because I was stuffed like a turkey) Ingredients: 10 thawed out chicken tenderloins 1 Tbsp olive oil 2 Tbsp Cajun seasoning 1 tsp sea salt 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Instructions: Take your thawed out chicken and place it in a bowl. Add your olive oil, Cajun seasoning, and salt to the bowl and toss/mix (whateva) until the chicken is nicely coated with the seasonings. Now cook on the grill... Everyone has their different techniques to using the grill. I just spray mine with a little non stick spray and cook them until they are done. I like to use a meat thermometer to check them s...
